Will buy again: External components

Works as advertised. I sometimes hear static noise, but that's only due to loose connections on the USB side, so make sure it's firmly connected on both ends.

Works *ONLY* as a headset and/or hands-free headset/microphone for cell phones IN THE SAME LINE!

The description is not clear. Clear up! This ONLY works with 3.5mm EARPHONES. 1 exit, exit; And hands-free (2-way) with headset/microphone IN THE SAME LINE! DOES NOT WORK IN LINE ONLY IN MICROPHONE! If, like me, you only need a MICROPHONE IN port, order an external sound card with at least two dedicated ports! One is for headphones and the other is for the microphone! I hope this helps you. :)

Drops audio sound cards into external sound cards

Corner cards from the same brand bought 2 years ago. It worked fine on a Thinkpad dock, but the sound dropped when plugged directly into a laptop. These new versions are identical. You'll have to buy a cheaper brand that surprisingly works.

Great audio adapter

Unbeatable price and I don't have to adjust anything, everything is ready and working. Sound and microphone are adjusted automatically. Great for our gaming headsets!

Perfect, better than I expected

My computer is far from my desk and I didn't have the option to use headphones, but I did have a USB hub. It was a great decision. My friend's headphones had a built-in microphone and connected with a single cable, so they didn't work with her computer. It also worked great for her, so two birds with one stone!
