Glad I finally found a webcam case that fits the Logitech C310. I've used those sticky webcam cases but they always end up falling off the camera. I finally have a webcam case that works perfectly and I don't have to worry about accidentally dropping it.

Finally the protective cover that fits over the Logitech C310 webcam. Due to the bulky surface of the lens, traditional lens protectors cannot cover the lens properly. The only other option was to put a small sticky note on the lens when not in use. This cover does not sit flush but is effective enough to cover up. Works as advertised on my C310. Installation took 5 seconds. Attach, align, done. Not sure what to do with stupid fake lens stickers? I threw them away. Works much better than the sticker or folded paper I used that keeps falling off.

I think it's a good idea as I used the note to cover the camera lens. However, as soon as I put it on, problems started to appear. 1) Every time I cover the lens it squeezes the camera so I have to reset the camera to use it after removing the cover. 2) The clamping spring is not strong enough. So when I lift the lid, the clamp disengages and moves, forcing me to fiddle with the camera, further disrupting its position. This idea is good in theory, but needs help in practice.

This case looks oddly shaped but fits easily over the Logitech C270 webcam. This little gimmick hides the camera's odd shape very well. However, it is very easy to lose. I accidentally lost it many times when I had to move the camera. Whatever the case, this is one of the best cases for cheap Logitech webcams. Either that, or use lens wipes from America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.
