🧥 Waterproof Hooded Windbreaker Softshell for Boys - M2C Jackets & Coats Review

The sleeves are very long and the zipper closes. I like the hooded version (it's detachable). The front zipper seems to rip at times, making it difficult for my daughter to close her jacket. I won't buy it again, but I won't send it back either. It's quite thick and great for moderately cold weather - our few very cold days in Houston.

Recently there was a reason to rip this out for my son. I use 1-2 weeks, I do not remove the hood. And the seams on the zipper of the hood parted. My son is 7 years old and he said that the zipper on the jacket itself is not difficult for him.

This product fits my daughter very well. The color is bright and the fabric is really weatherproof. This is a heavier raincoat but perfect for what I was looking for.

My daughter loves this jacket. It is elastic with felt inside. The water resistance was good (although I didn't test it in the rain). Daughter says it's warm and comfortable. This is her favorite jacket.

This jacket has a hood that is not securely fastened with a small short zipper and DO NOT wrap or secure around the face. The hood is dangling like a fool's ears and is totally UNLEGAL! 🤬

Bought for my son for his birthday. I don't consider this a winter coat. This is a thicker windbreaker but very well made.

This is a great coat for fall! The only thing I would like is for the zipper to be fully open and not the way it closes on a coat. My son loves this!

It looks and feels like a solidly designed and constructed jacket. The material feels heavy and the stitching looks perfect. The color is a beautiful blue with flashes of yellow-green. It was a wonderful find.

Seems to be a good jacket. I ordered it for my grandson in size 6/7 black. Does the package say I received the green jacket in size 8/9?

Good quality fits perfectly. Great fall or spring jacket. Perfect for 50-60 degree days when it's too hot for a winter jacket but you need to send it on the bus with something warmer.

It was a really good deal for the money. The jacket is really perfect, however the hood does not close from shoulder to shoulder, it only has a zipper in the middle, which is not the case. So more than that, just for decoration, if you are looking for a hood, you still need to buy a hat.

My daughter was teased at school for wearing thicker coats, which broke my heart. This jacket is warm enough for the Arkansas winter without adding bulk. She feels safe in that.

A very pretty jacket, suitable for school or a fancier event. Great for our wet and windy NYC falls. Keeps out rain and sleet and is warm enough to withstand near-freezing temperatures, 30 degrees Fahrenheit today. The only complaint is the fragility of the hood. It opens, which is great, but the zip doesn't connect the entire hood so it has flexible sides that can't be closed tightly. But otherwise it's a great jacket for boys. The child likes it and that is the most important thing.

Great jacket! I wish it was a little clearer that this is a single layer jacket and only a small part of the jacket is soft/fleece and the fabric is quite stiff. My son still likes it, it just takes a little getting used to.

I bought these jackets for my four year old twins. I love that they are thin enough for a car seat and warm enough to take in and out of the car. They are of excellent quality and the outside is a thick material with a thin fleece material. They also look stylish. Totally recommended, worth the money!

Great find! Excellent quality. Nice color as shown. Removable hood. The perfect combination of windbreaker and warm jacket. Not so thick that you can't wear it on a windy day, and not so thin that you can't wear it on a cold, rainy day. Inside warm fleece. The zippers are also of excellent quality. So cute that after using it twice it was stolen from my daughter's school. I bought one for my daughter and one for my son.

Bought bulk and fits true to size. I bought it because the last one was exactly the same, a year later the zipper on it broke. I would have bought a different type but this was the only jacket that offered the combination of what I was looking for. Something great for chilly mornings and evenings in fall and spring, and waterproof to boot. I found many jackets that were only waterproof but not warm, or simply warmer jackets for the transitional season, but none were waterproof and vice versa.
