I've been looking everywhere for functional drawstring trunks for my boys. We LOVE these swim trunks. My boys (6 and 2 years old) have them. 6y is really thin, most barrels slide right off. The top hides his little moon. 2g still in diapers. The drawstring and the short length ensure a comfortable fit even with a diaper. This is my second year buying these swim trunks for my child. I love the quality and style of them especially that they fit a slightly shorter leg. I think they fit true to size. Highly recommended

These swimming trunks are fashionable and comfortable. They hold up great and I have several for my son in different designs. The length is great too! They have pockets and a drawstring!

This swimsuit is amazing so far! (It hasn't been washed or worn yet, only tried on, I'll update the rating if needed.) A size 8 fits just above the knee for a slim boy wearing a size 8. The functional drawstring is a big plus since kids with a thin physique need to tighten their waists. Light and comfortable. good colors I would go down a size for this as the waist is a little loose, but sizes 7 and under are much shorter than sizes 8 and up. Seemingly a great material that holds up well to swimming and play but unfortunately the material that leaves the mat (material) burning after a few hours of wear. It feels quite soft, but with constant rubbing it clearly irritates the skin. I will not buy again.

We love these swim shorts for our toddler! I would say they are a bit big. We went down a full size and they fit him perfectly. They are very well made, he wore them all season (he liked the camouflage) and they never broke!

These are very cute swim trunks BUT my son wore them in the pool for a few hours and came home with a horrible rash on both inner thighs. He was in tears, it was so painful. It's not worth it!

The length of the shorts is perfect for a toddler. My baby is over 22 months old - he fits 3/4 which is usually made longer. It's the perfect length! Will buy again.

We ordered 3t for my skinny 3 year old. The length is above the knee and the drawstring pulls it tight. The net doesn't stick to it either. I also like the pressure we got. I plan to buy another one

These are the perfect shorts for summer swimming. The fabric is of high quality and the colors do not fade during use. There is a functional drawstring at the waist. The fabric is soft and stretchy. Highly recommend as we bought them in different colors and sizes.

The barrels are made of soft but durable material. The pattern is cute, as in the photo, the delivery was on time. Have used it daily in the pool for 5 days in a row and the color has not faded. Definitely recommend.

My son's swimming trunks are about two weeks old and the fabric on the belt has already torn. He wore them three times and washed them twice. They fit as expected but the material sucks.

I have a lean, muscular child of 6 years old. We bought size 6 because we like shorter cuts and prints. After hours of swimming and playing, these swim trunks leave a rash on the inner thighs. We thought it might be because they were so new, but even after multiple washes, they cause the same rash every time he wears them. Be sure to buy with caution. There are so many options that it makes no sense to take risks. No other swimsuit has done that to him.

My son turned 3 a few weeks ago and is small for his age. I ordered him 2T which is his normal size and they fit him perfectly! I was going to buy a 3T so he can wear it next year too but I downsized based on all the reviews and I'm glad I did. He looks adorable in them and I hope they fit him next year too. If not I will order another pair because they are perfect and VERY cute!
