🔒 Privacy Filter MacBook - Removable Protector Review

Advertises that you can fully close the lid of a 16" MacBook Pro. Not true. This creates a small gap for dirt and debris to enter.

Bought this for my son's new 16" MacBook Pro and watched him install it. It wasn't very easy to install - in fact it took a few tries with some frustration when small Dust particles got onto the surface - but once it was on it fit in well He says it works well and offers the protection he wanted for his screen.

As advertised. My institution requires it for exams and it works great. Before I got a new MacBook and this privacy screen, I always put an unnecessary screen in and out. I just leave it on High resolution and no blur when looking straight ahead. Almost pitch black when viewed from an angle.

Absolutely love this item! Lies fully on the screen, sticks to it and cannot be removed, and the clarity is amazing! This does not affect the quality of the screen in any way, as some do. A really wonderful product! Comes with alcohol wipes, cloth and anti-dust sticker to keep your screen sharp and clean when applying.

I bought this anti-glare filter for my new 16" Macbook Pro. When I travel. This filter is great and VERY EASY to install/remove. It's quite thin and has a good field of view. My old privacy filter was a bit annoying due to the low field of view. Had to look straight ahead the whole time! The screen is almost completely blacked out on the side and hides all your information! I highly recommend this filter!

In my case it has two main limitations1. This reduces the brightness of the screen and I have to increase the brightness.2. When the user increases the brightness, due to the heat generated by the screen, this protection forms a material in the form of white dust, which is clearly visible on the screen. This screen is too expensive !1) This screen reduces the brightness of the monitor. a lot of ! - it gets so dark that in a normal office you have to turn the brightness up to MAXIMUM to see anything, 2) With this setting of MAXIMAL brightness. I don't write many reviews. This screen protector is absolutely amazing so I'm breaking my mold. After a good cleaning, the screen fell into place. I installed the top a little crooked and lifted it once and it stood up again, proving that you can remove and reinstall it. Alignment wasn't difficult at all, I just removed the rubber grommet around the edge of the screen and centered it evenly. I had really high hopes for this privacy filter when I ordered it, but stopped using it immediately after installing it. The privacy feature is too bad for me, so I didn't dare to use it while commuting. On the other hand, everything about privacy depends on how much privacy you need.
