The pumice does not appear to crush the pumice material and does not touch the surface of the heel. I threw it away. I prefer a metal rasp to remove dry skin. The cream is much better, it contains urea and helps to heal and moisturize the skin of the heels. I think this cream is for moderately dry feet, but it works well as a supportive heel moisturizer.

Love that this foot cream isn't too thick, sticky or sticky - no more waiting for the foot cream to dry or my steps dragging, sliding home! It is very supple and absorbs quickly. I also like that it's not too minty unlike some of the foot creams I've used.
