Description of πŸ“ Machinist Mechanical Engineer Precision Measurement Test, Inspection & Gauging

Nice craftsmanship: our machinist square has bright surface color and smooth base surface, as well as quality material; Without trace, it will let you have a nice and comfortable use experience. Proper size: this machinist square rule is 4 inches in whole length, bottom length is 2.5 inches and the long side thickness is 0.12 inch, and the base thickness is 0.5 inches; The proper size will ensure the accuracy of the measurement data, also allow you to hold the rule easily and firmly. Safe and reliable: this precision square tool use rivet links design, so it will not endanger your safety; Besides, its chassis is heavy, upright and stable, as well as not inclined, so the measurement data is more accurate and easy to read. Nice work performance: the testing machinist square can be applied to various engineering measurements, it can accurately measure the vertical deviation of internal and external angles; The accurate 90 degree angle has no difference, assuring the measurement data correct without error. Easy to identify: machinist steel square is engraved with dimensions and clear numbers, so you can quickly identify the data, which ensures that you can easily measure each right angle.

Quality, Accuracy, Convenience = HIGH Value!

Exactly what you expect from a well-made precision machine tool. Essential for jewelers and tanners, highly recommended!

Pros
  • Superb engineering
Cons
  • So-so

Dirty manufacturing process

Looks like they use heavy fuel oil to prevent rust. But the item must be left open to collect dust and dirt on the floor. The tool is dirty. With a small scratch, the item does not look new.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Minor problems

Doesn't square with measuring and marking tools

I like the price and the plastic case but ultimately it's useless because it's inaccurate. The 90 degree angle from the handle to the blade is closer to 85 degrees. Maybe it was a one time mistake. I forgot to return it in time so it will be the doorstop now. A reminder to pay more for quality.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Fragile

It was a great addition to my workshop.

I use it for woodworking. I have many squares that are not necessarily square. After testing this I use it to test others. I also use it to calibrate cutting angles on my table saw and miter saw. It's small enough to carry in my pocket and I like being able to slip it in a pocket when I'm done.

Pros
  • SAFE AND RELIABLE: This precision square tool has a rivet design so it won't endanger your safety; In addition, its chassis is heavy, upright and stable, and not tilted, so the measurement data is more accurate and easy to read
Cons
  • Large and bulky

The product is not square

I see with my own eyes that this product is not square, you can even see it in the picture. It's close to a degree outside the square or more. The parts don't fit together properly and there are marks of someone doing the finishing on a bench grinder. Very disappointed you could probably get a woodworking square in port freight and that would be more accurate.

Pros
  • Good work performance: the test square can be applied to various engineering measurements, it can accurately measure the vertical deviation of inside and outside corners; The exact angle of 90 degrees does not matter, guarantees correct measurement data without errors
Cons
  • alt

This is NOT a square: Carpenter's Squares

easily and firmly. Since it's so small it's quite surprising that it's so crooked... I haven't measured it yet, but compared to 4 with the other squares I have around it, it came out at about 32. out after just a few inches around the same amount on each one so I'm pretty sure that's the one that's out.... Pretty useless I'd say and not worth going back... I'll test it with my precision instruments at some point, but even on a speed square it clearly fails and it's by no means a critical test.

Pros
  • Correct Size: This linear square is 4 inches in diameter, the base is 2.5 inches long, the long side is 0.12 inches thick, and the base is 0.5 inches thick; The right size ensures that the measurement data is accurate and also allows you to hold the ruler
Cons
