Works well, will definitely buy more.

The cord looks small on the outside but is perfect for my macrame project. It may look like 2mm off the roll but when you use it it's 3mm. I don't think it's thick and good enough for a plant hanger, but it works great for everything else. I will definitely buy again. whiter, so I give 4 stars

Disappointed

item received in disorder. When I opened the box the cable was off the spool like in the first photo and when I went to see if it could be salvaged it was a tangle in the second photo. I could see that the center of the spool was damaged (3rd photo) which probably could have been avoided if the cable had been shrink wrapped or tagged in some way or shipped in a smaller box or with a little care in packing. Just very disappointed in this product.

I had a bad one, but their exceptional customer service made everything right.

I bought this for macrame but when I cut the pieces for my project my cords frayed. Scraps of cord unwinding not at the cut ends but down the middle of a long piece that has been thrown over. So far I've lost 40 feet of footage due to quality. I didn't even throw the spool away a quarter. I've attached an image to explain this better, the middle cable is for reference.
