works perfectly! best auto electronics accessory

I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche with a Kenwood deck and the wire harness kit worked great. I can control my deck from the steering wheel. It also connects my vehicle diagnostic functions to the deck. Great buy at a great price.

Pros
  • great price
Cons
  • protection

Installing the radio was child's play.

This made the installation easy on my 2011 Silverado. I like that the indicator sounds better than the stock. The interface to the OBDII port is pretty good too. I can see all the important sensors on the JVC Km-740BT's screen.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Minor issues

Worked great in automotive and automotive electronics

Wiring worked great. There were hardly any instructions, but the wires were well labeled and easy to use. My only criticism is the doorbell speaker. Maybe it's just that I'm used to the original sound, but the sound of this product isn't very close to the original and it's quite annoying.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Boring packaging

I'm not a pro, but I made it

If you're not tech savvy, you might want it done professionally. This was my first time replacing a radio so it was a bit of a hassle but the product was great. I installed a reversing camera and it's nice to see the wheel angle change on the screen in addition to the steering wheel control via the OBD connection.

Pros
  • Automotive Electronics
Cons
  • New Competitors Appeared

Makes working with GM Wiring Harness MUCH EASIER

WOW. Coming from the old PAC system, all I can say is that thing is worth its weight in gold. The connection takes some time, but it's worth it. If you have a Maestro and a GM product that accepts this, get it. It even came with a speaker that actually works. Tip: Take a long USB cable, connect it to the Mastro device and hide it. I wouldn't want to take the radio out to install an update.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

This suspension fitted my 2014 Chevy Express perfectly after I received the RR module. When I decided to get this harness, I don't remember seeing anywhere that I had to buy a separate module. You may have thought that it is sold together (the wiring harness is useless without a module). Maybe it's my fault I did it. don't read everything. I wasn't too happy spending the extra $100 for the module but other than that it works fine, no complaints so far.

Pros
  • Car AV Installation
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Radio Wiring Harnesses

Just installed this on my 2012 Sierra. I would recommend to keep shopping, just get a Crutchfield kit or something. The installation of this Maestro was pure madness. A clunky interface to "flash" a device from your home computer and this can only be done in Internet Explorer lol. Also terrible instructions. This kit comes with all sorts of extra wires, connectors and harnesses that you don't need. The problem is that the instructions are very unclear about what you need and what you don't…

Pros
  • Car Electronics Accessory
Cons
  • Requires Socket
