I really hate giving bad reviews but this product arrived broken and without remote control. If possible I would like to have a new one sent to me.

You might think that one of the 8 lighting modes would be to leave all the lights on. NO, all modes are a form of flashing, some pretty annoying flashing modes, and many modes are so similar they appear the same. If you want all the lights on at once, you're out of luck here.

Great lights for the price. I've seen some complaints about the remote, so I'd like to answer: 1. The remote works, but you have to point it at the black control box, not the light. Also make sure to remove the plastic insert.2. The dimmer function does not work.3. The value 8 is always on. The lamps come well packaged to avoid tangling when you receive them. I did not follow the written instructions in the box. I untied any dangling wires before attempting to hang the curtain. The results were catastrophic. I spent an hour separating the vertical strands, but it was an unmanageable mess. In the end I gave up and threw it in the trash. The fault was entirely mine, so I didn't feel I could in good conscience return it. I suggest that you carefully tie off each vertical thread when you put it away for storage, otherwise the next time you take it out…

The lighting is good, but there's no way to switch to a warm white steady light on the remote. I specifically bought this feature and was struggling to figure out how it works.
