These lights are beautiful and the timer works well. The battery box is a bit heavy for the lights so that needs to be taken into consideration when planning where to use them. I have them on a large wreath on my front door and they look gorgeous. Putting them on the wreath was a challenge because they easily get tangled on themselves- but it was worth the effort. These lights have a nice look to them. The box has nice features with different settings for time (all on, 6 hour, 12 hour) as well as multiple choices of how the lights sequence. The downside of this set is that the batteries (3 D batteries in each unit) do not last long (less than 2 weeks) on a 6 hour setting. Previously I had sets of similar lights with 4 D batters in each unit that lasted much longer. I would not buy these again due to short battery life.

These were very handy at our school dance, especially since we don't have a ton of outlets. However, on 3 of the lights (we had bought multiple) the wires came detached from the power box.

The color lights are easy to put up and I like the battery pack too. Easy to use and the lights are quite bright. Looks great in my backyard, and will be ordering another set.

Nice bright LED lights. Take D style batteries which are not included. You can see them from up to 20 feet away. Many settings.

Awesome! Work as intended. Love the battery control features and the various modes. I used these on my tree to add the flashing effect along with my regular LED. Warning: If you happen to notice that every other LED is out, don't be alarm (happened to me). It's just indicating that it's time to replace your battery. Put in a new set of D batteries and all is well again.

This is a very nice set. I have them in evergreens in front of the house and 1 strand (200 LED) was enough for a slim, 6ft arbor vitae. I also packed the battery/control box in a zip baggie to help protect from rain, ice and snow. We'll see how they hold up.Perfect solution for no outlet near that part of the house and enjoy the various timer settings and light up options.

These are great lights for spots you cannot reach with a cord. They use 3, D Cell batteries so they last a long time and you don't have to change all the time. They lasted from the entire Christmas season for us. I will be buying a few more sets next year.

These lights look great and are so easy to use. I ordered two sets which were perfect for a large bush on the side of my house. I love that they are battery operated and that they have a timer and various settings. I'm using cheap, dollar store batteries and they've been going strong every night so far with no issues. I will probably order more for next year.

I got these years ago for a Christmas party and didn’t end up needing them. Recently (about six weeks ago) I decided to string them up in my bedroom and one set has already stopped working. I gave both sets brand new batteries but one set continues to shut itself off only minutes after I turn them on. I’ve checked and re-checked the mode and do not have it in the timer setting but rather in the Ready On and they still turn off every time. They fade slow, turn off, and then won’t turn back on…

I really like these lights. I have them on my deck for Christmas decorations. I like that they are battery operated because I don't have any outlets near the deck. I also like all the different ways you can program them.

After a trip to Belgium, where we marveled at all the LED string lights everywhere, we went on a mission to find the equivalent in the states. these were literally better than i expected. they are VERY weather tolerant. Mine have been through, rain, snow, and sun and still work amazing. i love them so much and will be buying more in the future.

Beautiful, cool white lights. Love that you can set the timer for 6 hours and don't have to worry about them again. I have one set on a wreath and two on trees that are exposed to the weather. I haven't had any problems. The cord from the control box to the lights is long enough to run over a door and hang inside. I put a hole in my wreath hanger on the inside and hung the box from it. Definitely will buy more of these if I need them.

I bought one set, then came back to buy two more. They are the best battery operated lights I can find. Bright and love the timer option! Definitely a good buy.

i hung them on a tree outside my kitchen window. they look like stars at night. i love them! You do need 3 D batteries to make this work. I wish I had read that so I could have purchased the batteries at the same time.
