We are a small drilling contractor but some of our larger clients now require a company photo ID. I was looking for a quality system that was affordable and easy to use. i found this The Magicard Enduro 3e is perfect for us. The hardware works great and the software is easy to understand and use. We upgraded the software to the next level to have a usable database and use QR codes. Delivery was on time. We are very happy with our purchase.

Bought for a small emergency organization and community ID card. Easy to use and set up. Lots of hidden fees. What you buy is the most important thing. The nicer and more advanced the ID cards are, the more $$$ you'll have to shell out. The print quality matches the price. My only suggestion is if you use your phone or personal camera to take photos, take them in low light/low natural light otherwise the image may appear pink. In general I am satisfied with the printer and the cards.

The Magicard Enduro 3E printer is the best printer we have ever used for corporate ID card printing. We love the built-in features like watermarks and magnetic strips. Printing on both sides of the card is smooth and fast. In fact, I can even use it to make money by printing ID cards for other companies. I did a lot of research before deciding on this pack. Great price, you won't find it cheaper anywhere. It's a fantastic machine and we use it a lot to make prop ID cards for a network TV series. Card Imaging's customer service is fantastic! Whenever I had questions about how to get things done, they were always a phone call away. You always get in touch with someone right away and they always help me answer my question. Very happy with this purchase from Card Imaging!

I had great customer service when it came out. I got a lemon and another device delivered after the troubleshooting tech support worked amazingly. I wasn't ready for that many ribbons to make the paint so I had to order a lot more and they say they need to be replaced well before they're done. I just hit reset and it continues after the first message for about 20 more cards. I only get about 150 cards per roll, not 300. We chose the Enduro3E because it is a double-sided printer. The software (Card Imaging XXS) was also compatible with PC/Mac. The printer is a beautiful color and we will start increasing the volume in the coming weeks. Printing isn't quiet, but that's not a problem for us. The software is a bit confusing. With every ribbon change there are printing problems. Black-brown text is duplicated. I create my images in Photoshop and when I print from the provided software the colors are turned off, when I print directly from a file right click the print text is the correct color but the text is splotchy.
