Simply amazing! on catalytic converters and parts

Just installed on my 2006 Impala SS. I have to say a big difference in throttle response and acceleration. Old Cat was beaten, causing hesitation. This Magnaflow solved the problem instantly and added tone to the exhaust. Very happy with this purchase

Problems after only 3 months of use ๐Ÿ˜ณ Persistent codes related to converters after 3 months.

At first it seemed great. Purchased on 08/21/2019. Installed September 1st, 2019. It is November 16th and I have had CEL lights many times related to catalytic converter issues. The car coughs when it stops. Also professionally installed.

Working properly - exhaust and emissions

Not suitable for Grand Prix 02. I had to widen the intake and buy a 4" exhaust adapter to make it long enough. Small thing but it welded well. Sounds really good and gives my exhaust an extra rumble. I bought it. to fix the dreaded p0420 code. I confirmed that the old cat was bad by testing it with an infrared thermometer and confirmed that it was a really bad cat. I give the product itself 5 stars.

Great price and clear code P0420

I put this on a 03 Pont Bonne at 193k. I had a p0420 code for about 1 year but the car worked fine. I had to pass the test, so I tried it, set it to 80 and passed the test. It looks good quality and has the p0420 code removed. Much better than the other machine I've used Eastern Cat on, OEM replacement and the code is back. I recommend this magnaflow cat, especially for the 3.8 GM. It works and fits well. Installation was easy for a muffler shop.

So far, so good! Don't hesitate!

Got rid of the hum of the engine, not to mention the exhaust. Code P0420 also solved. Look at the old cat I cut off my car. Completely empty! I have no idea where the catalytic converters went because the resonator and muffler were clean too. I've also included a photo of the new Magnaflow cat before welding. I tried the clamps but they wanted to leak so I had to squeeze. Anyway, the car drives so well now! Just like old times. Two thumbs up Magnaflow! I drive a 2000 Buick LeSabre Custom. Iโ€ฆ
