The magnet is nice and strong. The strap can be easily removed from the meter when the meter is stored in the carrying case. There has to be some set screw to prevent this from happening. I also think the strap should be a little longer. All in all it works fine.

Definitely a strong magnet and you can attach it to something if you're not around metal. You'll probably need your hands on something when you're measuring things, and you'll probably need to see the display. it definitely helps!

Very strong magnet I can't imagine your gauge ever slipping with this magnet. A good size holder slips over the head of the nail. I'm happy with that. I would buy another one if needed. The first photo shows a magnet on a metal door with a gauge hanging from a nail in my garage.

This is not an original Klein product. Real Klein magazines have their name printed on them. This magnet isn't that strong either, and as an electrician, you rely on this magnet when working on ceilings or over stairs. I was disappointed. Be sure to read it fully to ensure this is the right product for you and that it will meet your needs. The pictures show the real item compared to small size.

This is not a Klein brand. It's very strong. I wish I had bought this sooner! I just hate the fact that the meter doesn't come with it. I would recommend it to anyone who uses their blood glucose meter at least twice a month. Or even once a month! I can't praise that enough. only cons. This is a magnet. Works as advertised. Based on several Revain reviews, I was concerned that the magnet wouldn't be strong enough to keep the Klein MM700 from sliding on the steel plate while I was using it. This magnetic hanging strap is strong, very durable and should last as long as your multimeter. I was so impressed with the quality of these magnets that I feel compelled to write a review. I'm an HVAC technician and I use a multimeter every day. I bought a Fluke magnet for my Fluke 902 and it wore out after about 8 months. The silicone cover of the magnet is wafer-thin on one side and eventually tore. I put this magnet right next to my magnet and this magnet was noticeably stronger. The case is also much thicker and feels more durable. I'll update this review if I run into any issues but
