MAHLE Original 32 Cabin Filter Review

Does not fit without recess. Bent. Probably letting air through the filter. This item is shown as correct but is approximately 1/4 inch too long.

As other reviews have said, this filter is really about 1/4 inch longer which means you end up bending it and fiddling with it and trying to adjust it. when you install it. I managed to install it but next time I would buy an OEM filter.

I have an 01 inch Boxster S and this filter does not fit, it is a bit long. I was going to give this 3 stars but it looks like a well made filter and I was able to fit it so it's 4 stars.

Advertised as a perfect OEM match. It really isn't. I didn't find the fit in my Porsche C4S to be perfect. I know they're supposed to be tight, but this one was literally put in. I think next time I'll bite the bullet and grab an OEM cabin air filter.

Fit this filter in a 2015 Porsche Cayman it fits perfectly and is listed at a great price. Easy installation. The filter is located in the front trunk to the left of the battery. Remove the plastic trim/upholstery. Remove the bracket. Need a T30 bit for 4 screws and loosen the filter bracket on the right side of the filter, then pull out the old filter and replace it with a new one.
