Not for AMG C55 in filters

Although it says on the product that it is suitable for AMG models, this is absolutely not the case as the AMG filter is totally is different and is located in the fuel tank itself. However, it is suitable for W203 class C models and maybe others.

Perfect fit and arrived in excellent condition

This filter replaces the original filter which has been in service for 162,000 miles. (Monitored by my regular mechanic) The fuel pump was making excessive noise and it was recommended that it be replaced. Upon inspection, I found that this filter had never been changed, so I started with that. The fuel pump noise is gone now and hopefully is not a problem that needs replacing. Never use cheap filters on Mercedes. You don't like her. Mahle is HIGH QUALITY. πŸ‘

For 6 months my C240 has had starting problems. Crank hand crank after sitting. After new sensors and two new fuel pumps. I read that the fuel pressure regulator for this Mercedes model was in the fuel filter itself. The pressure regulator in the filter that I installed is defective. Hoping that my solution to the problem was the right one, I invested in a quality Mahle filter. Thanks to this new filter, the car started immediately and ran perfectly.
