The ability to create custom content, easily editable in real time with their team of experts! I can't think about anything that we dislike or have not been able solve yet by our support staff at this point - they are amazing!! We've had nothing but success since implementing them into my business (and theirs!). They're always there when you need help/advice; it's hard sometimes as your own brain knows what needs doing better than anyone else could possibly know how bad things really should be

I like the ease of use, the way my information is stored in one place and updated daily so that I don't have to check multiple times for changes. The only thing that I didn't love was there was no emailing option, which I think would be great if it were possible. This is a very user friendly program. I love that all of my data is saved in one place (Hub), rather than spread out amongst multiple apps, email lists and other databases. As well, there's always something new to learn. Some features are a bit clunky and difficult to figure out. For example, sometimes it takes me a few tries before I realize what button to click. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. The best thing about this software was that it helped us to build our brand in such way, which we could not have done by ourselves! It's very easy-to use interface makes things look so simple but when you are using them they can be quite tricky sometimes too!!
