I wanted to remove the start because the on/off button only toggles you to the phone's mic (I'm using an iPhone 6); it won't shut you up. But its performance was so impressive that I just couldn't describe it in one review. I A/B tested this headset, one of which cost $130, and everyone I spoke to said it was much better, even in a noisy coffee shop. I only had it a few days. If it survives, then it's theft! I will change the rating if it is not the last one. But so far it's a win-win purchase.

I've been using headsets for my work for 29 years and I always prefer binaural (2 earphones) as they block out ambient noise well and are more comfortable than headphones that have one side pressed to the head. I think everything about this product works great. I had no problems with it at all. The audio in the headphones sounds very good and the microphone picks up great and sounds good to the person receiving the audio. If I had to suggest an improvement on any part, it would be a plastic lapel clip on a wire. It can be easily removed as it attaches to a lapel or other garment. Very good sound quality, although I wish it came with a coiled cord instead of a straight one. My main gripe is that the "mute" button doesn't really mute anything, it just switches the mic from ear to ear so people can hear everything as if you were taking your phone off your ear and holding it next to you.
