Type of review

I am changing my review, because. had to cover the largest area. Structured pine floor. The nylon brush performed well, picking soft fabrics with confidence. I tried it with a metal brush, it turned out that the wood burned a little and became grayish-dark (veined, very beautiful, but for a long time). He does not take corners, he leaves about 7 cm unprocessed (he processed with a drill with a brush for metal). In general, very satisfied.

Pros
  • Very reliable, well made.
Cons
  • Consumables are very expensive

Pros below: Fast brushing, uniform, no pits. Performance. Bulgarians with nozzles and do not stand nearby. They took for brushing a half-timbered house, brushing area 780m2 Hasn't died yet. We test further. Has cons: Very expensive consumables, metal drums begin to crumble after 50 meters. But on large orders, this is not very noticeable.

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

Has some pros: Good old brushing from the legendary Japanese brand. the wire is thick and long. Got cons: Space price. the dust extraction pipe has to be farmed. Makita's dust removal is always a problem. The start is so abrupt that the lights in the house go dark.

Practical product, nothing to complain about.

Pts disappointed delivery for two weeks could not bring me an order I was very impressed with the communication of the operators . it feels like just to deceive and close this conversation . after all, with the next call 1% 1000 that I will get to the same operator market you don't know how to deliver your products In the end, I refused and ordered from another seller on

Pros
  • Good machine
Cons
  • Didn't find

Excellent machine. But it's clearly not worth the money. I brushed the floor from the Christmas tree with a metal mesh perfectly and cleans and selects the fibers. 20 sq. M for a couple of three hours. Now I'm making a larch floor, it takes much longer, but it still cleans and selects the fibers. Minus. Corners, near the walls does not take. I will go there as a grinder additionally. In general, it is made conveniently and efficiently during operation, the wire does not interfere and it is…

Pros: Makita, as always, justified herself. Before buying this product, I bought a cheaper unit. But again the proverb "the miser pays twice" justified itself. The budget option turned out to be not so budget. The brushes fell out one after another. Saving is so-so. I bought a Makita and on one brush 30 meters of picket fence for the fence and it is also in good condition. It's impressive. Comfortable and enjoyable at work. Got cons: Well, of course the price bites. New brush 8500 rub. But it a

The Right Tool for the Right Job / One Trick Pony.

This product was used to remove excess old peeling paint from reclaimed wood doors. I didn't want to ruin/remove the patina so much that sanding it down would ruin the look of the final product. This product exceeded all of my expectations and completely outperformed its competitor from Porter Cable. Noise is minimal considering its use. Dust is also reduced to a minimum and can be collected by a vacuum dust collector when used indoors. The only downside is that it's a one trick pony and that's

Indispensable for working with waste wood.

I bought this to clean up old boards for some furniture projects. Reclaimed wood is usually covered in layers of dried dirt, loose debris, and more. After all, most of it comes from the barns where the animals lived. I had to remove dirt and grime, but I really wanted to preserve the patina and character of the wood. After an hour of manual wire brushing, I ordered this machine from Revain. Dear, it seems to be the only one on the market at this point, but it came within two days (Revain Prime)

nice tool but could be much better

Mixed feelings it would be much better if someone, preferably Makita, made a very coarse nylon brush. I use this to clean and reveal the patina of very old wood, both hand hewn logs and wood that is at least 70 years old. It's the best I've used for the job and the only alternative I know of is the tedious manual wire brushing. This tool *can* be *a little* aggressive on softwoods, but not so aggressive that you can easily go through the patina. Speaking of durability. I've been using it for a…
