I definitely couldn't get it to work on corrugated iron roof panels as shown in the video. I had problems with it constantly loosening in the jaws, so I had to tighten the blades. The good thing is that the hex wrench you use to tighten the jaws is kept right on the unit, which is great as things like this tend to get lost if you can't get a hold of the tool.
