Big Tin Punch

Every time I had to snap the register frames and knees (duct sleeves) together, I had to borrow a punch from one of my co-workers. I like this model better than the old Malco model because it has a depth adjustment lever and screw. However, if you collect a lot of shoes and need to switch to fast production mode, the lever will move unevenly. This is because this model only has an adjustment screw and slot on one side of the punch. I believe this tool could be improved if Malco made it with two

Nipper & Scissors End Cap Tool

In order to replace/add gutters around the house and make them look professionally installed I bought this tool to attach end caps to K-Gutter rigs. This works great, but great care is required not to pinch the seams. On the first try I punched through the end cap and part of the gutter. Maybe that's how the tool should work, but it seems to me that the crimp should be solid with no holes? I attached a small piece of wood to the black handle to get the same result every time without punching…

Thank god for Malko.

This is one of those tools that I rarely need but don't have a spare. When wrapping the outer skin in aluminum I prefer to make my own "sub-fairing" and insert latches along the edges of the skin so they can be latched onto the sub-fairing. The result is an aluminum fairing with no exposed fasteners that not only looks better but eliminates the possibility of fasteners loosening over time.
