Mixed feelings. The zipper makes it easy to clean, so that's a plus. It's too big for our mattress (our mattress is 12″ plus an extra 2″+ mattress topper). others relating to heat traps. It's not covered by anything - it's just a fabric for liquid to flow through. It also doesn't regulate the temperature - it's INCREDIBLY hot to sleep on and I'm not the hot sleeper type, I'm usually always cold. Bought this product and have no regrets. Proven in less than 30 days of purchase. I was working on a project and put my coffee glass next to me, forgot about it and got up.
