Even though vitamins don't cross the skin barrier, I find this a good, light moisturizer for my old (mature?) skin. It feels almost more like a gel than a cream, which is a good thing as it feels a little lighter than some of the heavier creams I've used. I love this face gel cream, it doesn't dry out the skin at all, great for the summer season. I am very reluctant to try rose gel cream just to compare. I like the citrus scent.
