When I initially signed up it took time getting acclimated as far the service provided went from just online booking but then had to go through training if you live in NYC (which is pretty difficult). If that can't work or someone has bad timing/hassles when trying out new places etc - just go somewhere else! It's very convenient and flexible- scheduling your appointments whenever works best, having them come directly into YOUR home without traveling back & forth which would usually take hours…

They have been very helpful in terms of scheduling my appointments! I like being able to make them online or text if needed as well instead of calling every time which is nice because it saves me money haha!! Sometimes they are late showing up but not always so don't give into that feeling. We love how fast our service has gotten better since we started using their app/website. ! The customer service was wonderful. I've never received such responsive customer service from any other business. They were professional, helpful, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They are a great company and I highly recommend them. There is nothing that I disliked about their services or company.
