I bought this product on the recommendation of friends to color my daughter's hair (9 years old). She has light brown hair and although it's not very light, the color is gorgeous. I didn't want to bleach it before coloring so this is the result of using it on brown hair for 45 minutes. She loves it. It doesn't smell at all and washes off very easily. Great product for children's hair without bleaching.
