I agree with those who wrote above and their feedback helped me a lot as Revane indicated that this filter is not suitable for the MK4 Jetta. It installed quickly and perfectly in my 2004 TDI. I will buy another in 40-50 thousand km!

Unlike the Fram branded filters that can be found in any auto parts store and shop these Mann filters will never fit my 05 Golf TDI. Fits with minimal effort. Aside from the OEM filter that came with the car from the factory, this is all I've ever used and after 305,000 miles I've never had a problem.

When you change your air filters at the intervals recommended by car manufacturers, you don't need over-the-top, overpriced brands. Filters from Mann can be used with the same success. They are made in Germany and used as original spare parts on BMW vehicles. Mann is better known in the US for his Purolator brand, while Wix & Filtron filters are known around the world.
