Mann Filter CUK 2450 Cabin Review

This is the exact same filter that Audi sells you for about half the price. Both are made by man. Both have the same part numbers. The only difference between this and an OEM replacement from an Audi dealer is the addition of the Audi/VW logo on the OEM filter filter.

Advertised as it works on Audi A4 2017, Amazon says it also fits but does not fit. The filter differs from the original. Everything is different in the instructions, the plastic cover on my car is like a boomerang and not straight plastic. Also, it came without a plastic case.

Replacing the cabin filter (Audi) is very easy. Three large thumbscrews come out, the cover comes down, then you have to break off the real air filter cover/latch and it pops straight out. This Mann filter is identical to the dealer installed Mann filter in a 2014 Audi S5. A video of an easy install can be found on YouTube but here is my description of the process . Under the dashboard in the floor panel area on the passenger side, loosen the three plastic screws with your fingers (no tools required). These screws hold the foam cover in place. Once the screws are out, the foam can be removed with minimal flexing. You will see a clip holding the filter in place. The clip was white
