🚗 Mann-Filter CUK 4436 Cabin Filter: Activated Charcoal for Mini Models Review

Don't know what TRANSPARENCY is? What is it really? Compared to the OEM filter I pulled out it seems a direct match. It appears to be about 2cm longer than the original but I suspect the old filter is a bit compressed. Should work.

This is an OEM filter for my 2015 Cooper Countryman ALL4-S. Fits perfectly and was relatively easy to assemble. FYI, you have to get under the glove box and pinch it a little to get a nice tight fit. Make sure there is no gap at the top, otherwise leaves and other things will get through and collect at the bottom of the filter canister.

In this condition they fit both a 2015 F55 and a 2013 Countryman. Either way, it works I think. But it became a long filter. What I removed from my car were 2 units that were exactly the same as the BMWs I took out. Briefly halved and works perfectly. It just doesn't need to be modified for the air filter to work when Revain claims it fits perfectly.

Easiest job. Never pay someone to change your Mini's cabin filter again. It took less than 10 minutes. The Mann filter is definitely better quality than the Chinese one that came with it. The other one was installed incorrectly as well. Whoever installed it didn't look at the airflow arrows. Seriously, never pay anyone for this job.

This is the exact same cabin air filter that my Mini dealer installed on my car during the warranty period. It is very easy to install and the quality is exactly what mini retailers use. Just make sure you install it properly as it is a 'directional' air filter. When installed, the lettering on the sides is adjusted so that the lettering is upside down (just a note).

Perfect fit. Some of the pictures show the original MINI filter on the Mann filter and it is the same manufacturer. Basically, you will be installing the "same" part as the dealer. Other photos show a brand new EcoGuard filter which unfortunately I bought first to save a few bucks. Never again. Bad form is the end result of trying to balance it. The Mann filter came in without any problems and is many times cheaper than at the dealer.

This is a German made quality filter for a German made car. It is an exact replacement for the base Mini R56 hatchback. Although the Mann filter does not affect its replacement, installing the filter through the flex groove in the compartment under the glove box is a bit tricky.
