When the flap in the tank closes and fresh water is poured in, you have to 'click' the flush handle once or twice to bring the flap to the drain hole. Once this is done the print will be good.

I have a 3 inch Mansfield toilet. Our old valve was blue with a green bottom. That's the only thing that suits him. Lowes and Home Depot universal toilet valves will not fit. that my toilet finally stopped working!

Mansfield products can seem difficult to find. I visited 3 stores without success before contacting Revain. This product works as expected and is easy to install. The only problem was that the color matching fittings were labeled with the toilet model and my toilet model was not listed. It was a little confusing.

I've never flashed anything in my life and at first I was a bit scared but with this little thing it was SO easy. The damper works great and I haven't had any problems since installing it. My toilet stops working all the time and I feel like I've conquered the universe. A win!
