Finally a flapper that works!
I have a Mansfield 3121 that was driving me crazy with running water every 10 minutes. I changed the shutter 3 times and nothing worked. I was looking for a replacement for the entire flushing system and came across this product and a review from someone who had the same issue with the same model. The result was perfection! The thing worked great!
