Bent after first day of use. At first I only noticed that the chrome was peeling off. Then, on closer inspection, the head began to spin.

Terrible. After several uses, the chrome plating came off and the metal deformed. Went in the trash. Save and buy a quality product!

Metal too soft. Product curled up when first used. I already threw it in the trash and am looking for something else to use with a short 4mm hex pin end.

I want to say that I am very strong and I just didn't know my strength. But no. I'm out of shape, 43 year old female. This thing broke on my first attempt to fix the bike. How do I return money?

This item should have been made from the cheapest metal. I bought this item thinking it would be a great tool for my dentures. The first time I tried to adjust the leg at work it broke off leaving the hex portion in the screw. Honestly don't go back. However, I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
