Cleaning under the rim is great, but the hole in the handle is unsanitary.

Like: Cleans under the rim. Because the angle between both ends of the brush and the ergonomic handle is different, it cleans under the edge better than any other brush I've used. I go around one end first, then the other. Dislikes: On the side of the handle, near the brushes, there are 2 holes to collect what you want to remove from the toilet. Very unsanitary. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE HOLES IT WAS A FIVE STAR PRODUCT. If you find a similar item with no holes, buy it.

Great brush for the price. Efficient

Like other reviewers this brush has unbeatable performance but most bowl brushes on the market. If I can't get under the rim, the brush is useless. The cartridges I've mostly used are poorly constructed. I just used this brush and I love it. Considering the price, I was surprised that I was able to put a lot of pressure on the handle without bending it. I recommend this brush. Works on new toilet

The new low water toilets have a square hole in the bottom of the toilet instead of a round one. This brush goes in the hole and also comes under the rim. However, the shape of the handle prevents it from penetrating deep into the spout of these new toilets. We didn't flush the toilet at night and there is hard limescale in the toilet that isn't visible without a viewing mirror, but it's there and it's rough, which hinders a good flush. The only brush that gets the job done

The rim of one of our toilets is particularly deep and cannot be cleaned with a conventionally shaped toilet brush. Sometimes I'll go in with a sponge (when the sponge was ready to eject anyway) and manually clean the bezel, but that's obviously not ideal. I bought a silicone brush advertised for this purpose and it did about 1/4 the job but was pretty inefficient overall. Ergonomic design

This brush has the right angles and curves. With this design, it is more efficient to clean the toilet bowl and the rim of the toilet bowl. The bristles are quite hard. In my opinion this is the best toilet brush available for regular customers. I would suggest the seller/manufacturer to produce a slightly larger size ie. 20-25% more because I believe it will be more compatible with a standard sized toilet (see picture).
