It is neither white nor hard. I will not go back because now my plate is full with a husband in a hospice. But I'll make sure anyone who wants to watch can see it. I usually buy a hard rewind, white and tight, and this one is loose and dark.

Exactly what I wanted. This product is not the most absorbent, not the softest. But this is exactly what I needed in a time of panic buying and stock shortages. These rolled paper towels are ideal for daily cleaning of counters with cleaning supplies and other items to help contain the spread of the coronavirus.

Material somewhat thin, but economical. There is a perforation in the roll - over the entire surface in the form of a pattern - no transverse perforation for tearing - the material is quite thin, easy to tear. Not sure I would buy again just for the thinness of the material as I use more towels to fully dry my hands. I'd have to do a cost comparison to see if it's worth using more - to save money.

In this difficult time we are all living, I am very disappointed in this product. I paid $28 for 12 paper towel rolls and got 12 of the worst paper towel rolls ever made in the world! These useless paper towel rolls are going in the trash because I can't return them due to COVID-19 restrictions. I can't explain how disappointed I was with these gray and rough "paper towels". They're not even divided into leaves!

I like them a lot, I mainly use them to dry my hands and surfaces after cleaning. They smell way better than any other recycled hard buns I've used before. They are flat on one side and . hatched? on the other hand for absorbency. Which I really like as it allows me to choose the texture I want depending on what I want to use it for. I used the flat side for my arms and the shaded side for my counters etc. Update: I reordered for $5 compared to my last order and this is some serious competition

I have ordered this product twice. When I ordered the first time it was ok, the paper towels could be used and it only took me 2-3 sheets to dry my hands and when I ordered the same product the second time the paper towels came to me gray , not white, and it takes 6-7 sheets to dry hands. do the same as last time. This order was completely different from the first. I'd rather throw the whole box in the trash and pay another $3 for paper towels that work.

My first two orders in Spring/Early Summer 2020 were fine - paper towels were white, usable, and had perforations for sheets. (see LH roll in photo) and I've used them around the house as a "last resort" for very disposable paper towels. This new batch (arrived August 18th) is rough, very thin and has no sheet perforations. It's just a long roll that needs to be grabbed and torn apart. I think they are made for a dispenser in a public toilet. Unfortunately my husband unpacked the entire batch…
