This radio looks great but only worked one day! The next time I tried to use it, it stayed on all the time but didn't respond to any buttons or remote commands. So basically I couldn't change the station or turn the volume up or down. So it's basically overkill since I'm 15 days outside of the 30 day window. :/

Completely disappointing. The wiring harness was missing. The box didn't look like a return; We're assuming that's how it came from the factory. Since we were too slow to install the device on our boat, the return period has expired. So now we're stuck with a radio that won't install and the manufacturer says the part we want is out of stock. Complete failure! We will definitely avoid Pyle products in the future!

I bought the radio on June 6th 2019, it stopped working the second week of July, Revain sent me a new one. I received it at the end of July 2019. Now a week after the one year warranty expired, the replacement no longer works! Pyle USA wouldn't help at all said I was lucky! Two radios stopped working in a year! A piece of shit along with the company's customer service! Do not buy anything from PYLE USA!

Look elsewhere. Piece of shit. The boat installation went well. There is no way to benefit from it. I tried running an iPad through it but it said it was incompatible. We farm the Yukon River, so last summer it was useless to us. I took the boat out of storage to make sure we can use the radio before we hit the road this year. The radio didn't even turn on. They called an electrician to fix it, they said it was toast. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice.

After reading the reviews I hesitated to buy but decided if it's the bomb I'll send it back and spend more money. What a surprise. The radio is on and sounds great with the Pyle speakers. Installation was easy, I read all the instructions and grounded the radio's chassis. All functions work perfectly, the disc sounds great.
