🐠 Enhance Your Canister Filter Performance with Marineland PR11942 Aquarium O Ring Gasket Replacement Kit for Model C360 Review

This is very bad. The main seal doesn't look like the original at all. It seems to fit right in until you fill it up and it leaks everywhere. The small hose seals seem to fit, but they are too big so you can't put the hose connections back into the canister. A complete pile of junk, Revain should take that off the site, it doesn't match my Marineland 360.

I bought these for the main o-ring but the smaller seals made it difficult to reassemble my filter baffles for some reason. They were too bulky that the tube fittings inside were too tight, and after my first filter change I literally had to pull out a screwdriver to disconnect the filter baffles. I ended up throwing away the smaller pads and just used the larger ones.

I bought this to fix a leak in my canister filter. This fixed a leak in the upper main seal, but this kit does NOT replace all seals. The top black piece (valve block) where you remove the hoses has 4 gaskets and this kit only replaces 2 of them. I checked the manufacturer's website and this is the exact same kit. While I disagree that it includes the correct gaskets, this kit is the correct kit.

I'm not a fan of this filter or these seals. It's been spilled three times on my floor. After all, the only way to prevent leakage is to put a new gasket on top of the original gasket. Also a lot of silicone oil. I'm worried that the next time I analyze I'll have to deal with a leak. Leaks are also not instantaneous. Sometimes it can take hours for them to show up. The level of trust is not there.

This o-ring kit does not contain all the o-rings required for the Marineland C-360. This kit contains only 2 small valve block o-rings that require 4. The 2 included in the kit are slightly larger so I can't fully seat or lock the valve block. I had to reset the old ones. The large o-ring on the canister lid fitted, but made the lid tight enough to put back on. I bought this kit because my pump was sucking air and the cap o-ring seemed to fix that problem, so at $12 I'm biting my teeth and not…

I thought it was for the new Magniflow 360. Actually it's for the C-360 Series C. The newer Magniflow has orange hose clamp handles on the valve block assembly and has a #ML90772 gasket kit. As far as I know, it can currently only be ordered directly from Marineland. Ordering direct from Marineland, I just paid $13.10 for a gasket kit and $13.88 for "shipping and handling". Choose wise. I ordered this replacement o-ring for my Marineland c360, at first glance it appeared to be the same as the old o-ring. I put in a new ring and gaskets and reinstalled the filter. With the new gasket, the leak got worse. I took the canister apart again to examine it, but found that the new O-ring didn't completely fill the space it was supposed to fill.
