I like how easy it is to use, you don't have too many options or choices when creating your e-mail campaign so that's always nice! The fact they keep updating their platform makes me believe in them as well!! Not much dislike about this program other than maybe wish there was more customization for some templates but not really enough of an issue with make changes.
