This is a good size, good price and durable. I use it to bake bread and scrape countertops for bread making and cleaning in general.

I bought this based on a YouTube recommendation to easily make loaves out of very wet sourdough. It is very well made and will pass the test with ease.

This model as well as the 12 inch version gives much better results than unbranded and popular high street brands. and have used other brands over the years and certainly done enough smut to tell the difference. I wish I had found and used Marshalltown decades ago.
