A decent chair is best at Step Stools

I like it, it's sturdy. Bought for my music studio. The adjustable feet rattle when you walk on them. A little duck tape stopped it.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Requires base

I wouldn't buy anything else.

I wouldn't buy another stool like this. The upholstery slips when I sit on it. the stool tips over when i stand on the lowest ring and lean on it with my weight. Stool for $25.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Missing parts, rattling

The thing is so rattling and wobbly even my dog can't fit in it. The noise scares them. Also, there was no leg attachment on one of the racks, so it just sits in the tube.

Pros
  • Handsfree kit
Cons
  • Nothing here

Revainrating 4 out of 5

but it's good to sit on

Was a little tricky to put together and some of the silver "finish" was oddly peeled off. Seems a little unstable, but good when you sit on it. Not something that can easily be adjusted up and down. The screws must be removed from each leg and screwed back into other holes. while it works fine.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Repair

Save money on chairs and sofas

This stool is a pain in the ass! For the price I wasn't expecting much and that's exactly what I got. a little. The seat padding is terrible and you won't be able to sit in it for long, let alone the hours needed for hobbies and such. It's not adjustable in any way that a sane person would find comfortable, it requires you to completely disassemble it to adjust the height. Seriously, save your money and buy something else. If you're not buying it as a gift for someone you don't like, then go…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not the best

Wouldn't buy again. If you want to have a stress-related stroke, do it.

Very poor design. The assembly tools are very cheap, the wrench slips off the nuts because it's too thin, the bolts almost won't go through the holes because the holes don't line up between the round support and the legs. The lower tubes tuck into the upper tubes. I wanted to pull my hair out after assembling it, it's still not finished. I have assembled a lot of furniture that can be assembled at home, this is maybe the most difficult and frustrating part.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
