Efficient, intuitive and quick turnaround

I like how easy it is to use for our small business because we have limited staff members who can make changes in real-time without having an IT team member available at all times of day or night! The interface could be more aesthetically pleasing as well but this isn't too much hassle considering most people are not artists so its something you get used to quickly once they've been working together awhile (or maybe just try different themes!). We wanted someone simple yet efficient when…

  • Their customer service is top notch! They really helped us set up everything and they were really helpful in finding a solution for our specific needs

  • It could be a little easier to navigate as it's very user friendly, but it's a great product for those with limited IT experience

My experience with publishing eBooks has changed drastically

I like how easy it is to create different types of posts (e-books/ebooks). It's also very simple for me as an author since all my writing happens in Google Doc format! The only thing about this software which could be improved would have been if there was more flexibility when uploading images or videos into your post; however these are minor issues compared to everything else we love so much!!
