Heat guns are inexpensive

A bit pricey but worth it. This is the quality of much older "real" power tools. I'm not sure why anyone would leave less than 5 stars for this item.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Minor issues

Still the best at welding and brazing

I have used Master heat guns for many years. They work as expected every time. Keep them dry and they will last for years until the thread breaks down. I highly recommend them!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Expensive

Stop heating after 4 uses.

Although I bought the heat gun a year and a half ago, I've only used it 4 times. Now it blows cold air but when I tap the button where the switch is it starts working. I suppose I could disassemble it and try to fix it, but I don't think I have to. Unfortunately this is outside of the return date.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Generally good, but...

Does the product really work?

I bought 2 of these guns on May 17, 2021, on June 10 I didn't use any of them. The first was on July 6th. I replaced it with another one that lasted 1/2 day, tech support says they will fix it but there is no time frame for repairs, I wouldn't buy another such gun at this price point. I have one that I bought in 2017 and it still works. I think the quality has gone down

Pros
  • a beautiful thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
