Works great on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler with no restrictions! Great value for money and lines that let you see how close you are to a property.

spare wheel attachment is quite good and strong. The camera worked for a while then caught fire and almost burned my jeep. The control board in the wiring harness caught fire. I was lucky to be in the jeep when it happened and able to take it apart.

Overall good kit. It was easy to install and all the hardware and connectors match. There is also the option of powering the rear of the car via the reversing light or on the head unit. I used the main unit's range wire to connect to power so the camera can be viewed even when not facing backwards. Update (one year later) Camera no longer works, most of the paint/powder coating has detached from the mount. Actually not the best option compared to what is. Having a tire mount that opens separately from the tailgate is very annoying as you have to be careful opening both at the same time so you don't pull out the camera cable. The bracket is very strong and well made. I like that the kit comes with specific washers to attach the bracket to the spare wheel carrier. The wiring is of good quality and long enough for the job. The ability to disable the park lines by cutting the white wire is a nice touch. So why three stars? I installed this camera on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler along with a Master Tailgaters auto-dimming rearview mirror with LCD display (P/N MR-43-A1D). I am satisfied with the camera and the LCD picture quality. The LCD is a bit grainy and I can't tell if it's the LCD or the rear camera. But at this price I think they're both good and doing what they're supposed to do very well. The mirror fits very securely onto my existing rearview mirror mount and has no vibration.
