I have used the juicer several times and loved it until one day I took it out and started using it and there was a loud bang. The upper plastic part is completely torn. I used the same fruits and vegetables as before. It looks like the yellow spacer holding the spinning "blade" has stretched causing the spinning part to sit too high and the part is broken. Now the juicer is completely unusable. This seems to be a very bad design issue. That's very disappointing!

Love that you can quickly juice a variety of foods. It's hard to get used to, but you can actually get a lot of juice in a lot less time.
