This product is a great purchase for any home design. Through trial and error, I found that this holder is super easy to install and keeps doors securely in place. The holder's strong magnetic force is also a nice feature. The only con is that it may not work if the door is made of non-magnetic material. Overall, a great purchase for a reasonable price.

Overall a very good product. The directions left a lot to be desired. The bottom panels (the "basement" in the instructions) will need to be removed to attach to the wall and door. What they both don't tell you needs to be screwed up. The plate on the magnetic part has a screw, so it's obvious. The detail for the door is not that obvious. I bought this item based on the reviews that it's a strong magnet that can hold the door from wind etc anywhere. This is a FALSE claim. I set this up on the floor (the top is only 3 inches off the floor) and attached the magnetic piece to my metal security door. I literally spent hours tweaking it and trying to get the magnet to keep the door open but to no avail.
