Overall a very good product. The directions left a lot to be desired. The bottom panels (the "basement" in the instructions) will need to be removed to attach to the wall and door. What they both don't tell you needs to be screwed up. The plate on the magnetic part has a screw, so it's obvious. The detail for the door is not that obvious. I tried to pull it out but he moved a little. After that, he inserted a flat screwdriver into the slot and slightly unscrewed it. Otherwise the product works great. Would buy more if needed. Here's a hint. First attach the magnet piece to the wall or baseboard. Mark the "end of the ball" by running a soft pencil along the tip of the end of the ball. Then open the door and use the door to touch the marked end of the ball. This will mark the center position of the spring loaded portion of the cup.
