Based on our own experience, these baking sheets were a complete waste of money. The black coating began to peel off after just one use, leaving our food stained and sticking to the sheets. The only good thing is that they are reasonably priced.

I bought these pans for my convection microwave and MAN they are amazing. It's a strong, heavy steel that can last a lifetime.

I like this because it's Black Steel and although it was pre-seasoned I seasoned it a few more times. I made my first pizza in it and it turned out great. I like that they are strong rather than flimsy and you can use tongs to pull the pan out of the oven. The metal is thick and heavy. Like when I was working at the Pizza Inn as a teenager. It's the same quality as ours.
