Don't you like it when just two opinions are opposite? I'll try to detail what I like about this product so those who read it can make an informed decision. This baking sheet is NOT a nice shiny piece of aluminum in a nice box. This is a round piece of steel with a protrusion of about 1/2 inch. It's very dense, just what I need for cooking in my microwave/convection oven. The edge is polished and the steel surface is smooth, although I did have marks that I believe are from surface heating…
