We just finished our bathroom basement and bought this faucet. It does look very elegant but is not very good quality. Only after a few uses the spiket broke off under the sink flooding the cabinet. The guest using the bath did not know what was going on and shut the water off after it did not come out and she could here water running. After looking under the sink and cleaning up a large amount if water we turned it on slowly and saw the water spraying everywhere. We determined it wad leaking…

We are renovating both our kitchen and the downstairs powder room and majorly pushing our budget. I wanted all brass fixtures in the bathroom but nice brass fixtures usually come at a steep price. I decided to take a risk on this faucet and it has totally surpassed expectations. Our plumber was impressed and said it was easy to install, color is great and matches the rest of the brass touches in the bathroom. Feels great, looks expensive, works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Like the other reviews mentioned- the hot and cold are reversed to how you would want to install. I knew this from the other reviews and was able to warn my contractor who made it work. The price is insane for how great this looks- such good value! I would recommend this purchase. FYI some other reviews say you need to purchase the drain stopper separately- you do not. Love the product but when installing, the handles pointed inward toward the sink to shut off vs outward. Were these seconds, quality rejects or did we miss how to install differently.

Lovely faucet but there are a few things that need to be ironed out. The handle are definitely backwards, my plumber used the l key and just fixed the handles instead of switching the hot and cold. Once installed it works pretty well. I bought one new and one open box so far it works well

We purchased two units for separate bathrooms. The stopper fails to seal overtime and wont retain or hold water. Cant seem to content manuf for assistance or warranty.

No issues installing these faucets nor leakage other than the handles are backwards my hot and cold are now reversed but for the look that it gives my bathroom, it's not a huge issue for me. The color looks very elegant in my bathroom!

I bought two of these for our bathroom we installed them in April. Both now have small pin holes that appeared in the faucet. Complete waste! Do not order if you plan to use them.

Good quality, one handle was knicked when we opened it but not enough to hassle with a replacement. Install was odd trying to get the handles to turn the proper way and rest at the correct position. We had to hack a fix but we made it work. Overall happy with the purchase.

Very cute and trendy faucet! Was medium level installation. Make sure you get plumbers putty for the drain, and watch a few videos before you install - the instructions aren’t very detailed. Also, my hot and cold were not switched like other people have mentioned. Overall a good buy, hope it holds up!

We installed this faucet about 1 month ago and the faucet leaks every time we turn on the water all over our countertop. Seems it must be a manufacturing defect as it does not leak in our cabinet. It has gotten progressively worse over the last few weeks. Other than than the faucet was easy to install and looks beautiful- sadly we will have to replace

What an outstanding faucet. Feels and looks like a much more expensive faucet. I’ve got two for my bathroom in order to third to replace my other faucets. Definitely worth it by and look stunning.

I love the style and price but the product came damaged. The cold water handle came cracked on the bottom piece where the water enters. I had water damage in my cupboard because of it. Thankfully my plumber caught it before it got bad. I am sending the product back today. I will not buy this product again.

Update: After reaching out to the seller, they quickly sent out a replacement even though the original faucet was out of the return time period.The faucet body I received only has a single quick connect inlet. The photos on the ad and the instructions show a double m10 inlet for the two black supply lines included. No way to connect this faucet without purchasing additional parts

This looks and feels like a quality product. Only time will tell whether it will last - I will update this review if there are any wear or time related issues. I doubt that these fixtures can be repaired if something goes wrong. It would be nice to be able to replace the aspirator when it calcifies in a few years, but I don't see how.Once I got my old faucet out, this took me 32 minutes to install this one. This was my first ever pluming project so I was a little nervous to say the least. The directions aren’t great, but a couple of YouTube videos cleared up any questions I had. The faucet looks beautiful and expensive and really helped to update the look of my bathroom. I would highly recommend this product!

Product was VERY high quality (as stated by my plumber during installation.Also, Very reasonably priced compared to Lowe's similar product with a brand name.Would buy again and recommend to anyone.
