📀 20 Pack Slim CD/DVD Shell Cases in Assorted Colors Review

This is a good replacement case for my Blu-ray discs. Easy-to-read titles with excellent transparency even in color cases. Durable and easy to open.

This was a gift for an elderly man who was known for his rudeness. It was the perfect solution compared to hard plastic which is prone to cracking or breaking. The compact size and transparency were also appreciated.

I was expecting them to be a bit thicker. They are thicker than the regular cribs used by most wholesalers (the ones that now include lightbulbs). To give you an idea of their resilience, if you pick up an empty one you can probably use it as a makeshift pen tray without bending or breaking it. However, they get the job done and if they last a few months of daily use I'll be happy.

Bought this a few weeks ago and just opened it for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the design has been improved to hold the CDs inside more securely. Also, it now has a clasp-like closure where there was none before. The plastic also feels a little firmer. Overall I am pleased with the improvements Maxell have made to a product that I have used for many years and have never had any issues with.

So far I'm thrilled! They are not as fragile as jewel cases and I wanted to try them instead of jewel cases as I have so many problems with jewel cases breaking easily. The only issue that bothers me is that they have a very flimsy hinge and I'm not sure how it will perform with frequent use. I hope they prove to be much more durable than jewel cases. Will report when I've used them for a while. I will increase my rating and comments accordingly.

Purchased to distribute copies of memorable DVD slideshow to family members. I didn't want to buy regular jewelry boxes because they are too fragile and more likely to break during shipping or over time. So I chose them and the price was competitive. That's what they say, skinny. They appear to stay closed with an audible click. Although they are very thin, they can be bent with one hand. So I'll report back if any of these discs break during shipping due to thinness. Otherwise, they work great

This is way better than bulky jewel cases, especially if you don't store a lot of CDs on a shelf (when you might need big jewel cases to keep track). I use them for CDs and DVDs that get a lot of use and they are great for loading and unloading and protection. Plus, they look good and can be reused indefinitely (I've had a lot of those plastic jewelry boxes). They open easily and when you close the bed it stays closed. They arrived in a bubble mailer marked "HOT". I have no idea what that means, but from the outside the mail program looked like it had been a tough journey. The packaging box of the product intended to store the cots was not covered with cellophane, so some cots were outside the packaging but not damaged. i don't know how the design could be improved (perhaps without a cd case built in like with cassettes) most cds (especially dvds and roms) are very easily damaged, even jewellery Enclosures with hinged doors because if they fall and open, the disc will fly to the ground. This may result in minor optical damage as well as physical scratches.
