Like new expression is sometimes misleading but I am very happy with this purchase, although the disks are outdated I still play around with DOS.

Based on the reviews I read about the product, I didn't expect much. In fact, I expected the floppy disks to be decompressed and I just hoped they would work! I was amazed when I received the package and they were packed very neatly in 3 original boxes of 10. So far, so good. I have ordered more and am waiting for delivery. Thank you for an outdated but much-needed product for few of us.

I received unopened discs. These discs are new from old stock meaning they may have sat on a shelf in a warehouse for 20 years or more so over time they may have lost their track and sector magnetism. This can be fixed by low-level formatting in DOS (FORMAT A: /U). This will write new tracks and sectors and make the discs usable again. I used to order a pack of 50 and they were in Macintosh format. They can also be reformatted into PC format under DOS.
