The transition from the ear clip to the cord is not stuffed at all, hence both the left and right wires are frayed after a month. due to the fact that their insulation is very thin. I strongly advise you not to waste your money on this poorly designed product.

I'm not a big fan of headphones, mainly because they hurt my ears with prolonged use. I put them in my ears and haven't looked back since. The sad part is that the plastic casing seems to be defective and I would pay a lot of money to have a bluetooth form version where the headphones are separate and not shared headphone leads or cables.

These Maxell headphones sound absolutely awful and very tinny! It's also very difficult to put them on over the ears because the cord attaches to the end of each ear clip (rather than the speaker section). Loud enough. If you really want *great* sounding clip-on headphones, I recommend the Koss KSC75. In addition, the Koss are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

Yes, they came in a different color than the picture; but if you're not investing in the looks of the earbuds, just the basic design, then this is a good buy. Good price, so far good workmanship. (3 months) As a cool design idea, the cord doesn't come out of the main body of the headphones, but rather come out of the hooks that go behind the ears - this keeps the cord in front of your ears and I think it's a bit more satisfying design.

but I always have to buy them in 2 sets because they develop a short in it and very quickly act over one ear only. I recently bought 2 and my first pair managed to contact the manufacturer within 1 week as they say they have a lifetime guarantee and have never had a reply. I'm in the second now and they've also started closing. Time to buy 2 more pairs, thank goodness they are so cheap!
